Ideal Building Contracting was established in 1989 under the visionary leadership of the late Mr. Ahmed Bin Nasser Salim Alyassi, a distinguished Emirati businessman. The company began its journey with a humble vision and a strong commitment to delivering quality construction services. On 19 October 2022, the company was officially renamed Ideal Contracting LLC.
To meet the growing demand of Dubai’s rapidly expanding construction industry, Ideal System Contracting L.L.C. was established in 1997, followed by Ideal Standard Contracting L.L.C. in 2009.
Building on the founder’s vision and remarkable achievements, the Board of Directors, Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Bin Naser Salim Alyassi and Mr. Khalid Nasser Ahmed Bin Naser Sallim Alyassi, expanded the Group’s presence across various sectors of the construction industry by establishing:
• Ideal Engineering – Aluminium Division
• Green Team Air & Solar Technology – HVAC Division
• Ideal Building Maintenance Ajman – Maintenance Division
• Ideal Building Contracting Ajman
